How do I add a link to my MusicTeacherNotes Availability Calendar on my website?

Adding a link to your Availability Calendar on your website helps students quickly see when you're available for music lessons—saving you time and reducing back-and-forth scheduling.

Steps to Add Your Availability Calendar Link:

  1. Go to the Main Menu in MusicTeacherNotes.
  2. Select Availability Calendars.
  3. Choose the studio calendar you want to share.
  4. Click the “Share This Page” button at the top.
  5. Click “Copy” to copy your unique calendar link to your clipboard.

Adding the Link to Your Website:

We recommend placing the link in a highly visible spot on your site—such as the top navigation bar or a red “Availability Calendar” button. That way, if a student calls you, you can easily say, “Click the availability calendar link at the top of my site.”
