What is the Lesson Request feature in MusicTeacherNotes and how do I use it?
The Lesson Request feature, part of your Availability Calendar, is designed to capture new student leads even when you’re busy, teaching, or offline. It allows potential students to view your available times, share their contact and musical background, and request specific lesson slots without you needing to gather this information manually.

How to Get Your Public Availability Link
Log into your MusicTeacherNotes teacher account.
Go to the Main Menu ? Availability Calendars.
Click on the studio you want to share.
Click the Share This Page button to copy your public URL.
How Students Use the Lesson Request Form
Students see your available days (highlighted in green) and times.
They click a time slot and then click Request Lesson.
They enter:
Personal contact information.
Musical background.
Lesson goals.
Preferred time slots.
They click All Finished Submit to send the request.
What Happens Next
You receive a notification of the lesson request.
You can add the student to your roster and schedule their lesson.
To view requests, go to Main Menu ? Studio Management ? Lesson Requests.
