How do I use the Testimonial Autopilot feature in MusicTeacherNotes to get Google Reviews?

The Testimonial Autopilot feature helps you collect more Google reviews from your students, boosting your local search presence and attracting new students.

Why Google Reviews Matter

When potential students search for music lessons on Google, your business may appear in local search results. Positive Google reviews make you stand out and can lead to more inquiries. However, it’s often difficult to get students to leave reviews because they may forget or be unsure how to do it. Testimonial Autopilot solves this by automating the process.

Accessing Testimonial Autopilot

  1. Go to the Main Menu.
  2. Click Studio Management.
  3. Select Testimonial Autopilot.

Note: You must have students connected to your account to use this feature. If they aren’t connected, connect them first.

Requesting a Google Review

  1. Find the connected student you want to request a review from.
  2. Click the blue Request Google Review button.
  3. The status will update to confirm your request was sent.
  4. The student will receive:
    • An email notification.
    • An in-account notification.

How Students Respond

When they choose to complete the review, they’ll be guided step-by-step through the process and prompted to help spread the word about your lessons.
