Do I need different accounts if I work at more than one music studio?

MusicTeacherNotes differs from other music teacher scheduling software because it is not tied to a single studio. Teachers only need one account, no matter how many studios they work for. This allows music teachers to manage all of their students from different studios in one place. Teachers can remove studios they no longer work with and easily add new ones as they take on new music teaching jobs. MusicTeacherNotes is designed to follow the teacher wherever their career takes them.

To add a new studio, go to your teacher dashboard in MusicTeacherNotes and follow the on-screen prompts.

How to add new music studios for music teachers

When you add students, you’ll choose which studio they are affiliated with. Students then connect to your account using your unique studio code.
